Spectra T24 LTO Tape Library Warranty Information
The Spectra T24 is warranted for one year from date of shipment from the factory. This warranty includes a Next Business Day Replacement service contract. Next Business Day Replacement service includes:
- Access to a SpectraGuard technical representative any business day (not including evenings, weekends, or holidays) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (customer local time).
- Shipment of a replacement unit or part, upon verification that the unit has malfunctioned. (If Spectra Logic receives notification before 2:30 p.m. Mountain Time, a replacement part or unit can be shipped that day for delivery on the next business day.)
